They deal with the overall daily business of the kin. Every officer recruits newcomers and introduces them to the kin. The officers are the go-to persons whenever a member needs help or advice and at times they also provide a listening ear. They also assist the kinleaders with their tasks. The officers uphold the welcoming and warm environment of the kin and where necessary will deal with disputes and offer warnings, sanctions or in the rare case ban a player from the kin.
Not all members in this rank hold the role of active officers. There are also folks who don't really do officer stuff anymore, but who still enjoy some perks. They are honorary officers.
These group of people form the core of the kinship. These are the free folks, happy to help, and without them the officers and the events would be nothing. Members who enjoy the status of kinsman are longer than a month in the kin and have shown their dedication to the kin by some involvement, be it much chatter in the kin-chat, or participating a few times in the events hosted by the organizers.
These are the new folks of the kin. They have basically the same rights are kinsmen, but they stand still on trial. By involving in the happenings of the kinship, they can get promoted on monthly kin-meetings to kinsman and enjoy the status of a trusted member.
Folks in this rank are not actual part of the Red Company, but they are allies in Roleplay or raids and they are granted an account on the website to involve or comment in the talks of the forums. They have almost the same rights as other members here on the website of the kinship.
